Terms of Service

Bodyslots (“Bodyslots”, “we”, “us”) is a marketplace at bodyslots.com where creators (“Bodies”) sell ad space on zones of their body, and brands or individuals (“Sponsors”) buy it. A Body shows the Sponsor’s logo or name on the zone in real social media posts. Bodyslots is operated by Simon Gracies, Entrepreneur individuel (sole proprietor) registered in France, Being updated. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who uses Bodyslots, with or without an account. By creating an account, signing in, listing a zone, making an offer or paying, you agree to these Terms, to our Content rules, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bodyslots.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher. Bodyslots is not for minors, as Bodies or as Sponsors.

• Bodies confirm their identity and age with Stripe, our payment provider, before their zones go live. A zone cannot be published until Stripe has verified the Body and the Body can receive payouts.
• If you use Bodyslots for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it, and the company is bound by these Terms.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
• You may not use Bodyslots if we closed your account before, or if the law of your country forbids it.

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address (or with Google when offered). There is no password. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can open your email can open your Bodyslots account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at contact@bodyslots.com if you think someone else used it.

You can buy a zone at the listed price without an account. Stripe asks your email and name at payment. When the payment goes through, we create an account for that email (or use the existing one) and send you a sign-in link to follow your order. Making an offer needs a light account: your email and a sign-in link.

Each listing is one zone of a Body’s body with a price and a pack of posts. When a Sponsor pays, an order is created and a contract for that sponsorship is formed directly between the Sponsor and the Body. Bodyslots is not a party to that contract and does not make the posts. Bodyslots provides the marketplace, runs the order steps and timers described below, holds the payment, and releases it to the Body or refunds the Sponsor according to these Terms.

Bodyslots collects payments from Sponsors on behalf of Bodies. A payment received by Bodyslots for an order counts as received by the Body, and the Sponsor’s obligation to pay the Body is met at that moment.

A Body sets, for each zone:

• the price, from $1 to $999,999.99 (the most Stripe can charge in one payment). Bodyslots imposes no other price;
• the pack: how many videos and photos, on which networks (at least one post in total);
• the delivery time, from 1 to 365 days after the brief (or after the event, for a sponsorship tied to an event);
• how long each post stays online, at least 30 days and at most 365 days;
• optional add-ons with their own price: usage rights, category exclusivity and link in bio (section 12);
• categories the Body refuses, and whether individuals (not only businesses) may sponsor the zone;
• an optional hidden lowest offer and an optional automatic acceptance amount (section 6).

The logo or name is shown with a removable physical format: paper, sticker, marker or temporary print. Tattoos are never part of a Bodyslots order. A zone has one Sponsor at a time: while an order on it is in progress, nobody else can buy it. During payment, the zone is reserved for up to 35 minutes.

The Body is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, including the audience figures they declare. Figures are declared by the Body and are not verified by Bodyslots unless marked otherwise.

A Sponsor can buy at the listed price at any time, or make an offer below it (from $1). Offers work like this:

• If the Body set a hidden lowest offer, any offer under it is declined automatically with “Offer too low”. The hidden amount is never shown.
• If the Body set an automatic acceptance amount, an offer at or above it is accepted at once.
• Otherwise the other party can accept, decline or counter. A negotiation has at most 3 rounds of counter-offers.
• Each proposal expires after 48 hours without an answer, and the negotiation ends with it.
• An accepted price must be paid within 72 hours. After that it lapses and the listed price applies again. We send a reminder before the deadline.
• A Sponsor can open at most 3 negotiations on the same zone in 30 days.

An accepted offer is not an order: the order exists only once the payment succeeds.

Sponsors pay exactly the price shown at checkout. Bodyslots adds no fee on top. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, by card (and by US bank transfer when offered).

Bodies pay a service fee of 7% of each order total (add-ons included), deducted from the amount paid out to them. The rate in force when the order is paid applies to that order for its whole life, refunds and payouts included. Bodyslots pays Stripe’s card processing fees on the Sponsor’s payment out of its fee. Stripe may charge Bodies fees of its own under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Funds are held until delivery. The payment is held by Bodyslots on its Stripe account and is released to the Body only when the order is completed (section 8), or shared between the Sponsor and the Body when a refund applies (sections 9 and 10).

If a paid line cannot be honored (the zone was sold meanwhile, the Sponsor’s category is refused, the Sponsor is the Body itself, or a competitor’s exclusivity runs), that line is refunded automatically and we email the reason.

You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, we or Stripe may collect tax information and report payments to tax authorities.

1. Brief. After payment, the Sponsor sends the brief: what to show (a logo, a name or a photo), a message, and optionally a link, a promo code and mandatory mentions. The Body sees the brief before placing anything.
2. Preview. The Body sends a photo of the logo or name in place. The Sponsor approves it or asks for one revision (one is included). Without an answer within 48 hours, the preview is approved automatically.
3. Posts. The Body publishes each post of the pack with the required disclosure (section 14) and submits its link. Bodyslots checks links automatically where the network allows it.
4. Review of each post. The Sponsor approves each post or asks for one change per post. Without an answer within 72 hours after a link is submitted, the post is approved automatically.
5. Completion and payout. When the last post is approved, the order is completed and the Body’s share (price minus the 7% fee) is transferred to the Body’s Stripe account.
6. Online period. Each post must stay online, public and unedited in a way that hides the sponsorship, for the number of days in the listing. We may check that posts are still online during this period. Removing a post early can lead to a dispute and a refund.

After a completed order, both sides can rate each other (1 to 5 stars).

• No brief. We remind the Sponsor 72 hours after payment, and again after 7 days, when our team is also told. Our team may then cancel the order with a full refund.
• Delivery deadline. The deadline is the brief date plus the delivery time of the listing. For a sponsorship tied to an event, it is counted from the end of the event if that is later.
• Late delivery. At the deadline we remind the Body. If posts are still missing 72 hours later, the order ends and the Sponsor is refunded automatically for the missing posts, pro rata of the order total. The Body keeps the share of the posts they delivered, minus the 7% fee on that share. If nothing was delivered, the refund is full.
• Cancellation. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled by the Sponsor or the Body alone. Contact us or open a dispute. Our team can cancel an order with a full refund before the Body starts posting, and can refund an order in progress.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. When a refund happens after the Body was paid, the amount owed back is taken from the Body’s Stripe account (a transfer reversal), and the Body remains responsible for it.

Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK. If you buy as a consumer and the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a contract for services, you keep it. To use it, email contact@bodyslots.com within 14 days of payment. If you asked the Body to start before the end of that period (for example by sending your brief), you may have to pay for the part already performed, as the law allows.

The Sponsor or the Body can open a dispute on an order in progress (quality, late or no delivery, brief not followed, payment, or another reason). After completion, the Sponsor can open a dispute until the end of the online period plus 7 days, for example if a post was removed early. Our automatic checks can also open one when a post disappears.

While a dispute is open, the funds stay held. Our team reviews the order, the posts, the messages and the activity log, and decides: release the funds to the Body, refund the Sponsor in full or in part, cancel with a full refund, or resume the order where it stopped. We email both sides with the decision. You can reply to that email to contest it.

If a Sponsor disputes the card payment with their bank (a chargeback), the order is put in dispute and payouts wait. If the bank decides for the cardholder, the Body’s share may be taken back. Please contact us before starting a chargeback.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To sell, a Body opens a Stripe Express account through Bodyslots and accepts the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe verifies the Body’s identity and bank details. Bodyslots never sees full bank or identity documents.

When an order completes, Bodyslots transfers the Body’s share to their Stripe account. Stripe then pays it out to their bank on Stripe’s schedule. If the Stripe account cannot receive transfers yet, the payout waits and we tell the Body.

Bodies are independent. Nothing in these Terms makes a Body an employee, agent or partner of Bodyslots or of a Sponsor. Bodies are responsible for their taxes and social charges on what they earn.

These add-ons exist only when the Body offers them on the zone, and apply only when the Sponsor pays for them.

• Usage rights. The Sponsor may reuse the posts of the order for the duration shown (30 days, 90 days, 1 year or unlimited) and the scope shown: organic reposts on the Sponsor’s own channels, or paid ads and whitelisting. The Body uploads the raw file of each post. Without usage rights, the Sponsor may share, link to and embed the posts as published, using the networks’ own features, but may not reuse them in ads or elsewhere.
• Category exclusivity (businesses only). For the number of days shown, counted from payment, no other business of the same category can buy or make an offer on any zone of that Body through Bodyslots. It ends early if the order is refunded or cancelled.
• Link in bio. The Body puts the Sponsor’s link in their social media bio for the number of days shown.

Each Body page shows a 3D model of the Body, generated from 4 photos (front, back, left, right), so Sponsors can see their logo in place before paying. By starting a generation, you consent to the processing described in the 3D body notice of our Privacy Policy.

• The first 3D body is free. Each new generation after that costs $1, paid by card.
• Photos must follow the outfit rules: a sport outfit, no nudity. Before any generation, the photos are checked automatically (framing, quality and outfit). If they fail, nothing is generated and you keep your free generation or your paid credit.
• Photos flagged for possible nudity or a possible minor go to review by our team. While a possible minor is under review, no new generation is possible. If our team confirms a problem, new generations stay blocked.
• A new scan replaces the current one on your page and keeps your zones, prices and sponsors. A generation that fails on our or our provider’s side gives the credit back.
• You must only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of someone else is forbidden.

• You are the person in the photos and on the page, and you own or control the social media accounts you list.
• You follow the outfit rules for the 3D photos and never upload nudity.
• You deliver what you sold: the pack, on time, with the logo or name fully visible and readable on a phone, video at 1080p at least and 9:16 for TikTok and Reels.
• You clearly disclose every sponsored post, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission and similar laws elsewhere: #ad at the start of the caption or the network’s paid partnership label, and any mandatory mentions of the brief.
• You keep each post online for the number of days of the listing, and follow the rules of each social network.
• You never promote a prohibited category (see the Content rules), even if a brief asks for it.
• You do not use tattoos or any permanent marking for an order.
• You accept that a social network may remove a post that promotes betting, trading or crypto, which are allowed on Bodyslots. If you do not want that risk, refuse those categories on your zones.

• You own, or are allowed to use, every logo, name, image, text and link you send in a brief, and you allow the Body and Bodyslots to use them for the order (section 18).
• What you promote is lawful where the posts are seen, and truthful. Promo codes and claims in a brief are your responsibility.
• You do not promote a prohibited category, and you declare the correct category and type (person or business).
• For betting, trading or crypto, you certify that you are legally allowed to promote your product to the audience of the posts.
• You send the brief promptly, review previews and posts in good faith, and do not ask the Body to hide the sponsorship.

Each offer and each order has a message thread between the two sides. Until an order between them is paid, email addresses, phone numbers and messaging app handles are hidden automatically in messages and offers. Do not try to get around this, and do not use Bodyslots to arrange a deal outside it.

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, threats or requests for anything the Content rules forbid. Messages are limited to 20 per minute. Our team may read a thread when needed to resolve a dispute, investigate a report or enforce these Terms.

Body pages are public: display name, handle, photo, bio, declared networks and audience, 3D body, zones, prices and portfolio. A Body gets a “Verified” badge after their first delivered deal. Deals completed on Bodyslots are added to the Body’s portfolio with the Sponsor’s name (“Verified via ...”).

While an order runs, and until the end of its online period, the Sponsor’s public name and logo (or the name to show) appear on that zone of the Body’s page. Ratings and comments must be honest and about the order.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give the licenses below, which are worldwide, non-exclusive and free of charge:

• Bodies allow Bodyslots to host, display and adapt (resize, crop, render in 3D) their profile, photos, 3D body and portfolio to run the marketplace, including on shared links and preview cards, for as long as the content is on Bodyslots.
• Sponsors allow the Body to use the brief materials to make the posts, and allow Bodyslots to display the Sponsor’s name and logo on the Body’s page and portfolio as described in section 17.
• The posts belong to the Body. The Sponsor’s rights in them are the ones in section 12.

The Bodyslots name, logo, site and software belong to Bodyslots. You may not copy or reuse them, or scrape the site, without our written permission. If you think content on Bodyslots infringes your rights, write to contact@bodyslots.com with the page and your reasons.

Content on Bodyslots must follow the Content rules and the law. Anyone can report content to contact@bodyslots.com. We may review, hide or remove content, pause a listing, hold an order, or restrict or close an account when we believe the content or conduct breaks these Terms, the Content rules or the law, or puts users at risk.

When we act on your content or account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or safety prevents it. You can reply to contest the decision, and a person will review it.

• Breaking the law, or helping anyone else break it.
• Using Bodyslots if you are under 18, or letting a minor appear in photos or posts for an order.
• Impersonating anyone, or uploading photos of another person.
• Fake accounts, fake figures, fake reviews, or buying your own zones.
• Taking a deal or a payment outside Bodyslots after meeting through it.
• Probing, scraping, overloading or attacking the site, or getting around its limits and checks.
• Sending malware, spam or content that is sexual, hateful, violent or harassing.

On Explore, zones that already have a sponsor come last. The rest are sorted by the order you choose: lowest estimated cost per thousand views (the default), most views, best rating or fastest delivery, then the most recently published. Nobody pays to rank higher. Estimated cost per thousand views uses the average views declared by the Body.

Bodyslots provides the marketplace as it is and as available. We do not promise any number of views, sales, clicks or results from a sponsorship, and we do not guarantee that a social network will keep a post online. Audience figures are declared by Bodies. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors, although we work to keep it so.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

To the extent the law allows, Bodyslots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or loss of reputation, nor for what a Body or a Sponsor does or fails to do. Our total liability to you for any claim about an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and for any other claim to the greater of the fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify Bodyslots against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) caused by your content, your products or posts, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of the law or of someone else’s rights. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.

You can stop using Bodyslots at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@bodyslots.com. Orders in progress continue until they end: the Body must deliver what was paid, and the Sponsor keeps the right to the posts and add-ons bought.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove listings, if you break these Terms or the law, if Stripe closes or restricts your Stripe account, or to protect users. When we can, we warn you first. Money owed to you for delivered work is paid out, minus any refund due. Sections 9 to 12, 18, 22 to 24 and 26 continue after an account is closed.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute with Bodyslots that cannot be settled amicably by writing to us first goes to the courts of Paris, France.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, nor your right to bring a claim before the courts of that country where the law allows it.

We may update these Terms as Bodyslots changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a change that matters to you, we tell you by email or on the site at least 15 days before it applies, unless the change is required sooner by law or for safety. Orders already paid keep the Terms in force when they were paid. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account before it applies.
