Content rules

Everyone on Bodyslots is 18 or older, Bodies and Sponsors alike. No minor may appear in the photos for a 3D body, or in a post made for an order. Bodies confirm their age with Stripe before their zones go live.

Brands put their logo on your skin, so the zones have to show. Take the 4 photos in a sport outfit:

• Allowed: sports shorts, swim trunks or swim briefs, fitted briefs, bike shorts or short leggings.
• Women: a sports bra, a bikini top, or a crop top that leaves the belly bare. Men: shirtless is fine.
• Refused: t-shirts, tank tops, shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and jackets, one-piece swimsuits, dresses, skirts, jeans or long pants, and anything that covers the belly or the calves.
• Never: nudity. No exposed genitals, no exposed female nipples, no bare buttocks, no see-through clothing.
• Only photos of yourself. Nobody else in the frame.

Every photo set is checked automatically before your 3D body is made. A covered or unclear outfit is refused with a sentence that says what to change, and you keep your free generation or your credit. Possible nudity or anything that suggests a minor sends the photos to our team for review. While a possible minor is being reviewed, no new 3D body can be made. If our team confirms the problem, new generations stay blocked.

Bodies sell 21 zones: forehead, cheek, neck, shoulders, chest, abs, biceps, forearms, hands, upper back, lower back, glutes (clothed, no nudity), thighs and calves. Intimate areas are not zones and are never sold.

The logo or name is worn with paper, a sticker, a marker or a temporary print. Never a tattoo or any permanent marking.

Not accepted

Bodyslots does not accept sponsors in these categories, and Bodies must not promote them in an order:

• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Vape / tobacco

Accepted with a certification

These categories are allowed. The business certifies that it is legally allowed to promote its product to the audience of the posts:

• Betting / gambling
• Trading
• Crypto

Social networks have their own rules for these topics and may remove such posts. A Body who does not want that risk can refuse these categories.

The Body decides

• Each Body can refuse any category on each zone. A refused category cannot buy or make an offer on that zone.
• Each Body can accept only businesses on a zone (individuals are accepted by default).
• A business that bought category exclusivity blocks other businesses of its category on that Body for the days it paid for.
• A person sponsoring for themselves has no category. If a brief actually promotes a refused category, the Body can open a dispute before placing anything.

• Disclose every sponsored post. Put #ad at the start of the caption or use the network’s paid partnership label, plus any mandatory mentions of the brief. US law (the Federal Trade Commission) requires it, and Bodyslots does too.
• The logo or name is fully visible and readable on a phone. Video in 1080p at least, 9:16 for TikTok and Reels.
• Posts stay online, public and unedited for the number of days of the listing (30 days at least).
• Briefs promote lawful products with truthful claims. No refused category, no hidden sponsorship, nothing that breaks a social network’s rules.
• Sponsors only send logos, names and images they own or may use.

• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal products or services.
• Nudity or sexual content, in photos, briefs, posts, portfolios or messages.
• Hate, harassment, threats or violence against anyone.
• Content that impersonates someone, or uses another person’s photos, name or work without permission.
• Sharing someone else’s personal data.
• Sharing email addresses, phone numbers or messaging handles before an order is paid. They are hidden automatically in messages and offers until then.

• Photos that break the outfit rules are refused before any 3D body is made.
• A listing or content that breaks the rules can be hidden, paused or removed.
• An order that breaks the rules can be put in dispute: our team can refund the Sponsor in full or in part, or release the payment to the Body.
• Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension or closure of the account.
